The location is amazing - the beach is on 100 m! This is a great family-friendly condo with pool ,many bars and restaurants nearby.
Clean apartment, equipped with everything you need .

5 star apartment in a 5 star hotel
First off, Paula made the booking very straightforward, answering initial queries and contacting us with frequent updates.
My wife, 7 year old daughter and I stayed in this spacious private apartment in the 5 star Royal Barcelo Hotel. Going private gives us the flexibility we like and saved us a good couple of hundred pounds over the hotel's prices. The apartment (in Block F, 6th floor) was nice, fairly big lounge area with a small kitchenette and dining table/chairs, sofa bed, a twin/double bedroom and large bathroom with hairdryer. Free WiFi available. Plenty of storage space.
We had all the kitchen amenities needed; fridge, 2 ring cooker, oven, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils etc. Although we rarely ate in having a variety of reasonably priced restaurants nearby.
Nice South facing balcony with table and chairs to soak up the Sunny Beach atmosphere (bit noisy after midnight mind). The room was cleaned before our arrival with a set of hand and bath towels provided.
The hotel itself was really nice with three outdoor pools for different ages, an indoor pool, gym and spa. Didn't use the latter three mind you but looked impressive. There was a reasonably priced pool bar outside too and a little kids playground.
My daughter felt the kids animation club was a bit too young for her. From what I saw the kids looked 3/4 years old. I never saw any night time entertainment, don't even know if there was any. Also didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment. The hotel has a shopping mall on the reception level, with a KFC, Red Lion Pub and atm at the back end.
I would thoroughly recommend this apartment. Easy to book, good price and in a nice hotel.

beautiful room lovely views
Stayed in room F611 room was beautiful , and had lovely views. the only thing that could have been needed was a washing machine other than that the room had everything . and everywhere was close by

From start to finish this holiday was first class! The apartment, commuication, everything was spot On! We have stayed in sunny beach 6 times now, this was our 3rd in the royal beach barcelo, perfect location to beach, eating and evening's entertainment right on your doorstep, it never fails to please! The room was lovely and clean and was just as the pictures showed, nice and spacious with iron, ironing board, hairdryer. any questions I asked were anwered quickly. kieth for transfers was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be keeping this for future holidays. Thank you for your help paula and for our fabulous summer holiday!

quality and location of sunny beach apartment
location was excellent,very central to hotel itself, beach. shops and especially to many fine restaurants where the prices of food and drink were extremely reasonable.the apartment itself was excellent,spotless and in perfect condition throughout.everything needed was there no fault whatsoever could be found.i would recommend this apartment and look forward to staying there again at a future date.

Fantastic hotel and location
We stayed in the apartment for the last week's in july my wife and I and our 2 teenages ,apartment was spacious clean and well keeped ,would definitely go back again to the same apartment,thanks again paula

Barcelo apartment - Perfect!
This is the second time my wife and I have rented this property and we're booking again for next year too.
The apartment itself was lovely, very clean and there was plenty of space. It is obviously well cared for by the owner with everything you need provided for you. The owner arranged transfers to the apartment which was brilliant as it meant we didn't have to wait around at the airport, the driver was already waiting for us.
The complex itself was of a very high standard. The surroundings were incredible, beautifully kept gardens, 3 lovely swimming pools and the beach just a stone's throw away.

Another great week at this fabulous apartment
We are just on the way back to the UK after spending another glorious week at this fabulous apartment. We booked direct with the owner through royalbeachapartment. She arranged transfers from Bourgas airport to Sunny Beach for us.
The location is excellent - right in the middle of Sunny Beach and the beach is a short walk away. We particularly like the south facing balcony - it gets sun all day and when it gets dark, there are lovely views right across Sunny Beach.
The apartment has everything you need. It's very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.
