At an elevation of 4,000 ft., the High Hope cabin sits in the Smokey Mountains, surrounded by the sights and sounds nature. Built on 10 secluded private acres, the cabin can comfortably accommodate eight people in two bedrooms, and an additional large loft room. Though peacefully separate from the bustling sounds of civilization, the immediate area offers a wide array of activities, such as skiing, theater, arts, music and casinos; in addition to all the necessary accommodations. Outstanding cabin rental! The cabin was in a beautiful setting. It was well stocked with everything we needed and more. We visited during the Hurricane Michael storms and had a power outage for a short period of time. The owner, Mr. Costley, came to check...More

The house is furnished with all the amenities of our regular home. Edwina and Frank are friendly hosts. We are happy they allow us to share their beautiful location.

The location is high on the mountain with great views. The cabin is very private; yet convenient to downtown Waynesville where there is shopping and restaurants. The cabin was very well stocked with sheets, towels, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen had everything needed to cook...More

Additional Rate and Availability Information
There is a $60 cleaning fee for each rental. Additionally, a $250 security and damage deposit is required at the time of reservation, to be returned within 30 days after departure. County and State tax of 11% of rental charge. Cancellation policy: deposit refunded with 30 days notice, after that deposit refunded if new renter secured for canceled dates.

Rent must be paid in full two weeks before arrival. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Sorry, the cabin is not available for Christmas or Easter. Check-in is 4:00PM and Check-out is 11:AM. Exceptions can be made if possible.
