Absolutely loved this property. It's beautifully decorated, comfortable, well maintained, well stocked, quiet and clean. We came for a holiday visit with nearby family and the owners made the home feel merry and bright. We love Swansboro and nearby Emerald Isle and would absolutely recommend this property to others and definitely consider using it again.

We enjoyed our stay even though it was very quick. Swansboro is a very pretty and quaint town. Our main purpose was to visit with family. We hope to visit again soon.

Loved our stay at this location! It was spacious, and beautifully designed with calm serenity in mind. We enjoyed looking out the big windows to the water view below, the lovely dining area allowed for breakfast conversations and laughter over board games at night. The bedrooms were right across from each other and we loved talking & laughing at night before sleep. We had almost everything we needed and what we didn’t have, the property manager and owner were quick to get it to us. This condo is close to downtown and we loved going there for cute shops and great eats! Can’t wait to visit this lovely place again!

This is by far the best property we've stayed at in the area. The condo is in great condition, it was clean and fully stocked with all things needed during our stay. The view from the condo is absolutely beautiful, the grounds are well kept and its proximity to downtown Swansboro was a plus! Not to mention the drive to Emerald isle beaches isn't that far. We also enjoyed having access to a pool for those times when you need a break from the beach. The owners have done a fantastic job in providing a great place to stay and along with Jerri (property manager) they were very responsive to any questions., concerns or requests we had during our stay. Thank you kindly for hosting us! We highly recommend this place!

Primary we selected this condo for its location in Swansboro. But we were pleasantly surprised to see the interior which was so thoughtfully decorated with an eye to design. The condo is beautifully laid out and furnished with comfortable and appealing furnishings and fabrics and decor with intentional use everywhere of maximum light and view overlooking the river and pool. We enjoyed our stay there and will come back again. There is a flight of stairs to manage to get to the 2nd floor condo from the entrance and additional stairs inside from the living area to the bedrooms. If you are planning to walk to the town of Swansboro from the condo there is a pedestrian walkway under a nearby bridge close to the town that should be used as traffic crossing the street is very busy. Wonderful restaurants are within walking distance and there is a lovely Riverview Park boardwalk just steps away from the condo. It is a pleasantly quiet and peaceful area and the sunrises and birdlife are spectacular in the morning. Highly recommend this property.

We stayed for over two weeks to visit with our friends and family in Swansboro. This location was great for walking downtown and for my sons to go out fishing at their own leisure on the docks . The condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds were soft, the views were great. The office space was helpful. The ceiling fans very extremely helpful. The kitchen is a bit small if you want to cook a lot - but manageable. We would highly recommend this place again.

The condo was very beautifully decorated and immaculate! Very well stocked with and nothing was spared. We had everything we needed and more. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. It was very evident that much effort was put forth to make this condo a standout! I can't say enough good things about it! Definitely will stay again.

Great place to decompress
My husband and I had a wonderful week at this condo in Swansboro. It’s beautifully decorated and has everything you need. They stocked the essentials so there was little need to make that late-night trip for Scott towels! They were available for restaurant recommendations. They recommended a great local dentist when a dental emergency occurred. And they immediately responded to a minor leak. The town feels like you stepped back in time where the boutiques and restaurants offer a ‘down home’ feel. (You must have breakfast at Yana’s!) I would absolutely recommend this vacation spot to anyone who is looking for a slow atmosphere and a friendly community to escape from their demanding lives.
