Exactly what we hoped for.
We had been looking to take an extended vacation in a new location, one where we may eventually stay on a half-year basis. Terri and Joe's place was warm and welcoming as soon as we walked through the door. The location was perfect for us as golfers, with the view overlooking the pond and the green so relaxing. The amenities in the development were top notch and conveniently located. While this was a vacation, it truly felt like our personal home away from home. We hope to come back and stay if we don't purchase a home of our own!

Outstanding location
Condo was in outstanding location for our house hunting trip. Close to everything. Very clean and comfortable to stay in. Right on the golf course. Owner kept in touch if we had any questions. Will definitely use again.

Great Location for Vacation
Very nice relaxing spot with friendly, helpful owners. Very convenient location with easy access to the downtown and the beach. Nice view of the golf course with everything you need in the condo.
Will definite look to rent again next time we travel to the area.

Great Vacation Spot
We loved the Fairway Villa on Magnolia Greens. The unit is great, and so are the amenities and the location. Every morning we would have coffee in the screened in back patio and watch the golfers and enjoy the view.
Terri and Joe are great hosts and we would definately return next year!

Great place on golf course
Visited this condo with my husband and two adult kids. Very clean and great location, short drive to area beaches and great screened porch overlooking golf course. Would not hesitate to book again when in the area. Thanks for your hospitality.

Absolutely Perfect! A Golfers Paradise!
This condo is wonderful! This was our 3rd time we rented from Terri and Joe! The condo is exactly as it’s listed! Beautifully decorated and nicely furnished, plus spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and full washer and dryer!!!
The screened porch overlooks the 15th hole of the golf course. We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast each morning out there watching the golfers.
The owners are fabulous and great to work with the rental process. Joe and Terri, we hope it’s available next time we come down! It’s our home away from home!

Perfect family-friendly condo.
Joe and Terri's place is the perfect coastal get-a-way without the high cost of being on the coast. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The condo has been updated recently and the inside was perfect for our family of four. Our kids loved the second bedroom, a mini suite with it's own bathroom, mini-fridge, and microwave. I loved the screened-in porch overlooking a pond, it was the perfect place to eat breakfast and watch the ducks in the morning, and wind down at night with a glass of wine. You can't go wrong with Joe and Terri's place and I highly recommend!

Great family vacation location
We have rented from the owners twice, enjoyed each stay.
The location of the unit was perfect to all attractions we wanted to visit. We have been coming to the area for 10+ years and this is the, best accommodations we have found. We love the amenities, pool, fitness center, and a very safe area to walk in the evenings.
Fairway Villia @ Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation was our home away from home .
