Relaxing, peaceful neighborhood. Close to all the amenities. We found our home away from home and plan to make this the place we stay whenever we visit. Very clean and the host was very nice and easy to get a hold of.

We really enjoyed our stay. This place was perfect and a nice walk to downtown. Cute yard, homey feel and everything you need. Would def stay again if we head back to Kannapolis.

We were in need of housing for about a month while...
We were in need of housing for about a month while waiting for our new house to be completed. Doug worked with us tirelessly to get us moved in and accommodated for the stay. When we were packing for the stay, I packed (what I thought I'd need) like cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, coffee, filters, towels, blankets., etc. Turns out we didn't need any of it. It was well stocked with everything you'd need for a short/long term stay. Doug communicated with us regularly, made sure we knew about lawncare and trash pick up days. Super professional. Super clean. Great getaway mill house in Kannapolis!!

We had a great Christmas holiday. The property was decorated with a Christmas tree and lights, which made the kids very happy. We will definitely book this place again next time we visit Kannapolis.

Great Kannapolis location
We were in the land of Dale Earnhardt, mill houses and Cannon Ballers!!!
Great location with a great host. Can’t get much better than this!
