Mountain View with Lake View on front side and Christmas tree farms on back side. 3 bedrooms 2 bath on main floor and finished basement has 1 bedroom 1 bath with game room and separate 2 car garage. Marina with boat rentals, beach and park only minutes away. 7 mile Lake features beach and 7 waterfalls. Close to Cashiers, Highlands, Sapphire, Franklin, Sylva, & Lake Toxaway featuring mountain hiking, skiing, zip lining, waterfalls, white water rafting, horse back riding, boating, golf, 5 star restaurants and much more. 3 kayaks and golf cart available for use. Driveway is a little steep. Trailers and hitch mounted luggage rack will damage driveway and road.

No parties and no smoking on premise. Do not leave any food or garbage outside as their are wild animals and bears in the area. The local garbage and recycling center is 5 min away on Hwy 107 north about 1 mile from Lakeside Circle but not open on Sundays.

We found a treasure in this mountain home! This is a home, not just a house, with games, kayaks and a golf cart. There are great views of the lake from the front porch for early morning quiet time and evening chats. The owner, Cheryl was in touch easily when we had a question. We were entertained with wedding party music on Friday evening, Ruby mining was not far away in Franklin, local dining in Cashiers was good and s'mores were an essential with the fire pit in the back yard! Rent/reserve your boat early at the marina.
