COTSMUR at Ships Watch is a low-country style home at Ships Watch offers a spacious front porch and wrap around decks on both levels. Cathedral ceilings in the great room offer an open living on the first level, accompanied with the kitchen, dining area, and two master suites. On the top level there are two twin bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bath. The look out is a great place to read a book and getaway. The home is fully equipped with everything you will need for your dream vacation, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels.

We stayed in Ships Watch in Duck at Cotsmur in September 2021 and although I never write reviews I felt compelled in this case. What a great experience for my family and I. Everyone says you’re supposed to feel at home but in our case, we like to feel like we are on vacation. Soaring ceilings and huge walls of glass are so different for us and we enjoyed every minute of it. Because Ships Watch has owners who live there year around, the entire private subdivision is very well maintained. From the first smile of Jennifer when we arrived to all the really nice people we met while there made us feel welcome. This house was recently remodeled in the kitchen and baths so everything looked and worked well. The kitchen is very well stocked from pasta pots to upgraded bar blender. The owner obviously has a lot of experience being at the beach because they did things that make it so comfortable, like having two big water heaters installed so when everyone came in from the beach at the same time, everybody gets a hot shower. Normally the person who sprays off the chairs and umbrellas is the last one in and has a really cold shower, (me). Also, this house not only comes with a generous amount of towels, but 8 beach towers, eight really great beach chairs and a beach umbrella. I’m so grateful not to have to take up space in my car with those chairs. We will be booking well in advance next year to make sure we get a place at Ships Watch.
