The pool & hot tub will be one of the main attractions, but step inside and you'll find an open living and dining room with soaring ceilings, hardwoods and access to the main level deck and screened porch. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped to handle your culinary and entertaining needs. Adjacent to the kitchen is the mud room entry from the garage, laundry, along with access to the front courtyard. This home is outfitted to meet your every need, and accommodate that dream family/group vacation.
On the main level you will find the graciously sized master suite where you will wake up to stunning views from the sumptuous king bed. The master bath offers a walk in shower and large walk-in closet. 2 additional bedroom suites, both with king beds. At Smaland Falls, besides the indoor spaces, the true allure is outdoors, and you can access the terrace with gas grill, pool and hot tub spa. Multiple seating areas and tables make the outdoor area the ultimate entertaining space. Grab a glass of wine and some friends and unwind in the spa… or grill some filets and dine outside, while the sun fades behind you. There are 2 miles of walking trails on the land, plus the pond to fish.
Take a drive around the foothills for stunning views, or up the mountain to the ridge known as World's Edge & you will definitely feel you are there! We offer a special location which is the epitome of enjoyment and relaxation in the foothills of Western North Carolina.
Of course you are in horse country, and the TIEC. The Tryon International Equestrian Center is a year round venue located in Mill Spring, NC and is the world's premier Equestrian Lifestyle Destination showcasing some of the top riders in the Hunter/Jumper, Dressage, and Eventing disciplines.
You are less than an hour from America's favorite scenic byway, The Blue Ridge Parkway, motorcycle touring, biking, hiking, white water rafting, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lining, Segway tour…just about any outdoor activity! Or, take a day-trip to downtown Asheville to enjoy the first-rate restaurants, shopping, galleries, spas, and entertainment.
This swimming pool is open seasonally, from approximately mid-May through mid-September, depending on weather.

You are app. 30 minutes to Asheville Regional airport, and app. 50 minutes to the gates of Biltmore Estate & downtown Asheville. You are within driving distance of airports in Greenville, SC and Charlotte, NC. Very convenient to all of WNC.
