As a guest of ours, you will have 24-hour access to a fully loaded fitness and conditioning center, a large salt-water swimming pool with sundeck, yoga room, a luxurious entertainment lounge, tech lounge with Mac stations and FREE barista coffee bar, rooftop terrace with fireplace, and sky lounge seating with skyline.

There will be a fee for any damaged, lost, stolen items, or violation of house rules. We will have to charge for any signs of smoking within the property ($100). No more than 8 guests in the unit at a time is allowed. An additional $30 per guest past 8 people will be charged if we find it necessary. Lastly, noise should be kept to a reasonable volume, and any complaint made by a neighbor may result in a charge ($20). Stays longer than 14 nights may have a custom cleaning fee.
