Apartment #1 has a large bathroom which has 2 vanities, 1 walk-in tile shower, 1 shower tub combo, and a toilet. The vanities are on opposite sides. The walk-in shower & toilet are in the middle and the shower/tub combo is on the side with smaller vanity. There is a private half bath as well.
The other apartment, Apartment #2 is accessed by the single door in the porch picture that is trimmed in brown. Apartment #2 has a master bedroom with a king bed. There is a private bathroom attached to the master bedroom which has a jacuzzi tub that has been converted to a shower, vanity , and toilet. The washer and dryer are also located in this bathroom.
There is another smaller bedroom with a full bed. In the living room there is a twin daybed with a roll out twin trundle bed underneath it. There is another bathroom in the hallway which has a shower/tub combo along with vanity and toilet. This apartment also has a private deck on the back side of the house.
Both apartments have full kitchens with refrigerators, ovens, stoves, microwaves, and dishwashers. There is also basic pots/pans and kitchen utensils and more than enough silverware and plates/bowls/cups.
Large spacious front porch with several rocking chairs. Guests renting the home will have 6 private parking spaces, 2 of the 6 spaces are under a metal carport. Guests will not have access to the garage as it has, unfortunately, become my families storage unit.
Home site on a flat 1 acre piece of land with plenty of yard for games and other fun outdoor activities. The local rec park is a less than a qtr mile away which has a public pool, skate park, walking trails, basketball courts, ball fields, and nice playground.
The house is situated ideally between the town of Bryson City/Train and the National Park with tubing, waterfalls, and trails. Downtown Bryson City is less than a mile from the home and the National Park is roughly a mile.
