Welcome to this cosy and rural Mallorcan 'possessió' located in the area of the Tramuntana mountain range. It has an above ground pool and capacity for 6 people. The exterior area is very beautiful and rustic. It features an above ground pool sizing 4 x 2.2 metre and with a 1.2 metres depth. There also are 6 sun loungers to enjoy the sun, a fully equipped terrace where you can enjoy your breakfasts or barbecues alfresco, and stunning views to the mountain. You also can spend a great evening in the annexed little house of 30 m2, furnished with a table, chairs and a fireplace. The buiding has about 150 m2 along just one floor, and the characteristic and beautiful Mallorcan style can be noticed in the stone walls and the traditional furniture. The living room is ver is very cosy and it becomes the perfect place to rest on one of the two sofas and watch the satellite TV channels or a DVD movie peacefully. The fining area, with amazing views, presents a large table with chairs where you can enjoy your meals all together. The kitchen is independent, with a gas stove, and it's completely equipped to cook your best dishes. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, of course. There are three bedrooms in total, the three of them with a closet. Then, two of the bedrooms come with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. The last bedroom has two twin beds. There is a third bathroom with a tub for the rest of the house. We can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby. Finally, the house is also perfect for the winter season since it features oil central heating all throughout. Moscari is a little but truly charming village in the Tramuntana mountain range with little inhabitants and basically locals. That's the reason why this is the perfect place for those in search of peace and nature, specially if you love hiking or biking excursions, or even by car. If you the love the beach, the nearest one is in Puerto de Alcudia, about 27 km away. The area around Moscari offers all you can need for your stay but will probably will have to visit the lovely town of Inca f about 8 km away for major shopping, specially on Thursday morning, when its street market takes place. Pets are not allowed. There is outdoor parking for 4 cars. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The holding of events is not admitted. This enchanting villa is situated in one of the most spectacular settings of Mallorca, in Moscari, next to the Tramuntana. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The exteriors of this property have many nice corners to bask in the sun, have a barbecue, relax or read a good book. There is a 4 x 2.2 m, chlorine pool which is elevated. This house is just perfect if you want to get away from it all, enjoy nature and spend time with your loved ones. This 150 m2, one-storey house features three bedrooms, two with one double bed and one bathroom en-suite each. The third bedroom comes with two twin beds. If you travel with a baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair. Apart of the two bathrooms en-suite, you will have access to another bath with bath tub. The sitting room is equipped with sofas and satellite-TV. In the dining room you can share laughs and talks with your family while having dinner. The kitchen with gas hob is fully-equipped and there are also a washer, an iron and an ironing board. You can rent this property during the winter as well, as it has central heating. There is an annex with a small living area and a fireplace. The charming village Moscari is situated in the western region of Mallorca, next to the Tramuntana mountains. It was declared by Unesco as a World Cultural Heritage. In the centre you will find a small supermarket, a restaurant and an ATM. For more shopping facilities and restaurants, you should go to the city of Inca, about 5 km away. The surroundings are lovely for hiking, jogging and cycling. By car you can easily go to the north coast and discover Mallorca's beaches. A good beach for families is Puerto de Alcudia. If you are seeking relax, beach and nature, Playa de Muro is the right place for you. Apart of that, you could go to Puerto de Pollensa, Cala Sant Vicente, Son Serra de Marina or, visit the small gravel bays in the mountains: Puerto de Canonge, Banyalbufar, Sa Calobra and much more. Pets are not allowed. There is outdoor parking for 4 cars. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The holding of events is not admitted. On the plot, there are more buildings, but they are not inhabited. Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases.
