This beautiful, clean, and comfortable cottage was completely remodeled in 2020 and features 2 full bathrooms (each with a shower), a full kitchen with dishwasher, seating area with views of Lake Ontario. Steps from restaurants and boat launch, fishing pier, marinas, and historic lighthouse. World class fishing and minutes from wineries, local produce stands, and Amish markets. Just over an hour to Niagara Falls, 45 minutes to Rochester, and 1.5 hour to Buffalo.

Sunshine on the Lake
Nice house, great view of Lake Ontario, walking distance to Point Breeze lighthouse, Oak Orchard Creek, and a rocky beach perfect for throwing stones into the water. The house worked well for our family with small kids. The local peaches and wine that created us were an extra nice bonus.

Enjoy the beauty of Lake Ontario
The amazing view of Lake Ontario is the first thing to catch your eye, not only from the outside but inside the house as well. The cottage has windows all across the front that has an unobstructed view of the lake. Watch the waves, the birds and the boats. Very relaxing. Two restaurants within walking distance, good menu and great food. Met Judd (owner) and he is the nicest man. Just an all around wonderful place for a couple, the family or a group of fishermen. My Mom is already planning another visit later this year.
