The historical quarters of the city like the Russian colony Alexandrowka, the Dutch quarter, and the former Bohemian weaver quarter give Potsdam typical European city feel. Other things Potsdam has to offer are the film park, a nature adventure world 'biosphere', the Volkspark on the former German Federal Garden Show compound, recreational navy, royal property Bornstedt as well as a manifold cultural spectrum in the Schiffbaugasse in the historical center of Potsdam.
