We have been renting houses in the NOFO area for the last 4 years and this is by far our favorite.
The house is impeccably clean and has great decor, that does not clutter the space and allows you to truly relax. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise, with ample storage, all the cooking basics and even some fun kid accessories; my son is still talking about the"special bowls with straws". My entire family loved the house and can't wait to stay here again!

This is a great home. Everything was nice and clean just as the pictures and reviews suggested. The beach is a 5 minute walk with exceptional views. The property is within 15 minutes of everything. We will definitely come back to stay here for a longer period. Thank you!

Comfortable, well equipped home - very close to the beach, but hilly - we drove my parents to the beach and then parked the car at the house. Outdoor shower is great, great grill and kitchen for home cooked meals. Cori is a great host, easy to communicate. We would come back again!

This cute beach cottage is exactly as pictured. Can't beat the location for it's access to farm stands and all the little towns on the North Fork while still being close to all the stores one might want (including a Starbucks less than 10 minutes away). By far the best part of the location is the few minute walk to Reeves beach, which offers a couple of miles of unspoiled rocky beach terrain for avid walkers like me. On my morning walks, I saw Cormorants and in the afternoons, a beautiful blue heron. Sunsets are absolutely gorgeous no matter the weather. And best of all, one doesn't need a permit because beach access is a 2 minute walk down the hill from the house.
Be sure to bring everything you need because the pantry staples are minimal (just salt, pepper and sugar). Pack laundry detergent and dryer sheets and bring your own dishwasher pods too. There were only 2 for our 4 day stay, and they might have been left over from the folks before. This is all laid out in the rental agreement so it wasn't really a surprise, although I tend to stay at rentals run by Superhosts who do supply these things and so I found it all a bit unusual. Cori is easy to contact and responds quickly to questions. Do make time for a long walk on the beach if you can - in sneakers. You'll want to cushion your feet against the rocks, which are truly beautiful.
