At one end of the building with views south to the River Tay you will find the master bedroom with its en suite shower room with shower and toilet. The beds can be a superking (6 foot wide) or the beds can be separated to form 2 singles. Next door is the second bedroom which is smaller but the beds are the same. There are 2 zip and link singles that can be put together to form a superking bed. The view here is of the rolling countryside to the east. Next door to the second bedroom you will find the main bathroom which has a large separate shower, bath and toilet. Then you move into the open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area. The sitting area has patio doors opening onto the west facing patio and hillside. There is an open fire place and leather seating. The kitchen area has all the mod cons and a counter separates it from the sitting area. The dining area is just to the side of the kitchen. More

About the neighbourhood
Locally we have great coffee and lunch stops - Rait tea room at Rait Antiques Centre, Abernyte cafe within the Abernyte Arts and Antiques centre, Glendoick garden centre cafe, Ali Bob cafe at Cairn o' Mohr winery. You can have an evening meal at Inchture Hotel - either a pub supper or you can eat in the dining room. Village shop in Inchture (under a 10 minute drive away) - bigger supermarket shopping in Dundee. Brand new V&A Museum has opened in Dundee - there are also the McManus Galleries, Sensation and the DCA which has a lively cafe, cinema and gallery. Wander around the pretty streets of Perth down by the River Tay - try a meal in 'The Bothy'. St. Andrews and all it has to offer is only 40 minutes away, tour the East Neuk of Fife too
