Our Little Whit cottage is perfect for couples or small families looking for a relaxing lake experience.
The property has a large (800 square foot) elevated deck to enjoy view of Chautauqua lake. The house is open styled with hardwood floor, full kitchen and calm styling. One master bedroom and a convertible living-room/second bedroom area for those with children or another pair of guests.
Steps to the lake with a floating dock during the summer season, just 20 yards from the porch stairs where you can dock your boat or fish.
The location is on a private road which provides a quiet experience.
The rental includes the entire house besides the garage.
There are two deep double parking spaces which can fit pickup trucks and trailers.
