The Lancewood TiPi Lodge is situated on a farm at the foot of the Langeberg Mountains, with spectacular mountain views and rolling farmlands around. Assegai Rest Farm is in the picturesque Klaasvoogds Valley, in a private and secluded setting, perfect for rest and relaxation.
The TiPis (teepees) are elegant and sophisticated shelters that are large and spacious and include all that is needed for a self-catering stay. The word 'glamping' comes to mind, i.e. come and enjoy the great outdoors without the 'mission' of lugging camping gear, and without sacrificing luxuries.

After the last 4 days in the Noy Noy tipi, my boyfriend & I could definitely live the #tipilife.
Limited cellphone reception means you really switch off, no electricity means you're forced to unwind. The hammock on our private deck, offered wonderfully relaxing daytime snoozes and the open-air shower + bath left us feel invigorated. To top it off, the beautiful walk to the Fern Wall was something to behold. I could cry it was that pretty.
It was so special having the birds wake us up, with their song, in the morning and the crickets, humming us to sleep at night. Never mind the cute cows that casually graze by!
Andre is such a gentle soul and Jackie has the hands of a healer, definitely have a massage while you stay here. We will be back in a heart beat

Unique and Restful Getaway!
Wonderful location, and a novel way to relax and enjoy the outdoors! Jackie and Andre have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. We highly recommend the archery lessons done by Andre, such fun and something very different

Wonderful will come again
What a wonderful, peaceful relaxing spot, a pool if it gets hot, lovely hot showers for the cold evening, birds and cows as your neighbours, what more could we ask
Hiking paths are great.
We will be back in two weeks. Will bring the kids this time.
Lovely spot to get away for a weekend hopefully soon we can make it a week.
Off the grid in a luxury sort of way. Just love it.

Perfect nature getaway in beautifully equipped tipi site!
Had such a lovely stay in the Noy Noy Tipi this weekend! Exceeded every expectation. The tent itself is beautifully kitted out, with a great undercover kitchen area, awesome deck and plenty of space to relax. Would highly highly recommend for a couples retreat, or booking multiple tents for groups of friends! Thank you Jackie and Andre!
