The Outrigger is a beach block vacation house rental. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, 3 decks and 3 off-street parking spots. Excellently located within walking distance to places to shop and eat. The home is well appointed with porcelain tile on the first floor and plush carpet on the second and third floors. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Owners do not supply linens. Renters supply their own linens. Maximum occupancy - 6 people.

Principal renter must be at least 30 years of age. No animals permitted. Parties, graduation or prom celebrations, wedding receptions, bachelor parties, fraternity, sorority or other school functions of all kinds forbidden Bookings must be made at least 30 days in advance.
