We were very happy with our stay and the owner was great with communications. Surrounding area great for families or if you just want to relax. The overall could have been a 5, but decided to make it a little lower due to the extreme number of spiders and cobwebs upon arrival. Overall a beautiful place and would recommend it.

Our family has been vacationing here for five year...
Our family has been vacationing here for five years now. We look forward to it all year and it never disappoints. The three levels of the house are perfect for our group which includes six adults and two older teens. Each year there are a few improvements to the property and Emma is excellent at communicating with us. We are so thankful for her sharing her home with us and the memories we make there.

This property is a great base from which to take advantage of hiking and other outings in New Hampshire. Enjoyed the kayaks and canoe as well as the fire pit!

We loved staying here!! The house was great, just enough space for all of us to have some separation but still be together!! The only comment I would make is the walk to and from the lake to the house was a bit hard, especially once our feet were wet from the lake. Bring good shoes to wear down there!! Overall though everything was wonderful!!

This was the second time we've stayed in Emma's home. The cabin is beautiful, the location lovely and Emma responded quickly to a problem we had that was not any fault of hers. We had a wonderful week and would highly recommend this home to anyone... As long as they didn't want to reserve it for the date I wanted it :)

We have been renting Emma’s property for a family ...
We have been renting Emma’s property for a family summer getaway for a few years now, and we are never disappointed! Emma is accommodating and fantastic to communicate with. The location is great - you can sit on the dock and enjoy the view, kayaks or fishing, or venture off to the beach area a short drive away. Each year we head home thankful to have had a place like this to enjoy a little downtime, some laughs, and to reconnect with each other.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay in August...
We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay in August. Emma is great with friendly communication. Highlights were s'mores around the fire pit, the lake beach nearby, the swimming hole with waterfall and many hiking opportunities. We also went to Littleton for for a day of strolling and shopping and ate at the Shilling Brewery.

My wife and two kids (ages 3, 6) had an idyllic week at the house! Such a nice and quiet lake away from the hustle of the more populated southern NH lakes. Would certainly come back!
