House Rental
The Johnson House sits right on tidal Great Bay National Estuary in Greenland, NH, just 6 miles South of Portsmouth, NH. Use my canoe, kayak at our shared dock. The NH State beaches are 6- 10 miles away. E-mail me and I will send you more info. and photos. We share the dock with my other house called Birch Point Retreat. Both houses are available year round. Everything is here for you, just bring your suit case and food. It takes everyone's help in keeping our house looking good. I give you my house spotless, and I expect to get it back the same way. You will need to wash, dry, and put away the dishes and towels that you use. You will need to strip the sheets from the beds you use, and leave them for me. I will wash the sheets, and I will remake the beds. If so, no cleaning fee.

Perfect summer cottage for a multi-generaltional family with dogs!
We were 5 adults, two dogs and an 18 month old and it was perfect for two weeks. The cottage is clean and outfitted with a kitchen that has everything you'll need, a large table for eating and doing puzzles or playing cards, a newer dishwasher, good sized refrigerator and plenty of room to spread out. Plus if it gets humid, there are ACs. The beds are all comfortable and having more than one bathroom was fantastic. But, the sunsets....we'd never seen anything like them before. There's very little light pollution in the area so we saw beautiful sunsets over the bay from the covered porch, followed by planets we could see with the naked eye. If you're a stargazer, this is the place for you. Its close to the beaches, golf, shopping, historic Exeter and either a train to Boston or Portland if you wish. Perry is close by and eager to help if needed.
