If you're looking for a nice, secluded cabin in the great north woods of New Hampshire, this is the one. Centrally located with trails to Lake Francis to the north and the wind turbines to the south, ATVing here is at its best. Saw moose. We stayed on the one bottom floor and had everything we needed. If you want a few days riding the trails of this area, this is the place. The oven (older) was the only problem in trying to figure out how to work it. Other than that, perfect getaway.

Very clean and comfortable house to stay in. Access to trail system without trailering. If you arrive after a fresh deep snow storm, the single track trail to the trail system might be hard to follow. Ask the owner for specific directions.

Due to the rain that happened while we were staying here the driveway was solid ice and the sand barrel was empty. The driveway was so icy that during the night sometime it was so windy made my truck slip down the driveway and hit my friends brand new GMC Denali pick and caused damage to both vehicles in which now I need to claim on my insurance. Bottom line I had to text the owner to have the driveway sanded and when the sanding guy arrived he did a crappy job. I am very unhappy about this whole situation.

Can’t blame the weather on anyone, however nothing went right . Smaller house than used too and loft and beds not comfortable. House very clean. Location in pretty good area. Rain and ice led to one older friend falling on driveway and we left day early .

The property was comfortable and private. The perfect spot to spend time away near the mountains and trails.

We had a great time in the area. We were there to hike, and although the weather wasn't as cooperative as we could have hoped, the cabin was nicely situated for this trip. The only thing we could have used that wasn't there we only noticed because the power went out one evening (and only for an hour, turned out). That was a flashlight with working batteries and some candles.
