Two minutes from Zephyr Cove beach, four minutes to Heavenly Valley ski resort and four minutes to the casinos. On the level with the deck is the mail living area with kitchen, living room, dining area, a full shared bathroom, BR1 queen and BR2 is a small bedroom with a twin bed. Both of these bedrooms have a door out to a balcony overlooking the lake. This home does have a steep driveway, this comes along with having an amazing view atop the hill. Please be prepared in the winter months. There are stairs in the home, this is a 3 story home. Occupancy Rules: *Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines. *You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have. *Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood. * Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin. *Parking: 5 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit. *Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow. ~In the winter we keep all of the deck furniture in the garage and it is not available for use. Because of winds and snow we must store the furniture. If you’re going for the view, it may be worth it. No complains about the cabin structure itself. It’s a little dark inside, but that wasn’t really a big factor of our stay. I think the additional fees that comes with it doesn’t justify the cost when you get to the place. We paid additional $300 for cleaning fee, but unfortunately the place was just clean superficially, as you enter the place from the garage you will see all the dust accumulated under the couch, we misplaced the remote and regretfully removed the cushions of the couch and saw bunch of crumbs and wrappers, the carpet in the living room is dirty, don’t even try to lift it up. At the kitchen, the cabinet closest to the back door, the top rack left side has a plate with wafers on it, and it’s probably still there. There was also a clothing under the bed in the masters bedroom. So I don’t really know why cleaning fee is expensive, when all these small things add up. Don’t get me wrong, i really love the view and the cabin structure. But personally, cleanliness matters to me. Also, it’s pretty much like a 3br place, the small room looks a like a sauna size area that was converted to a small room.

Loved tahoe .great dining,great weather,great casinos. Driveway was a 45 degree climb. did have a great view. the main neg. was NO UMBERELLA AS SHOWN IN ADD.

We had a lovely experience with this cabin. The view was the best part. The cabin was clean, the kitchen was spacious and the location was hiking distance from the lake. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it lacked some of the luxurious of other cabins we've stayed in. Also, a few of the lights were not properly working in the hallway and outside on the deck which was a little dangerous and frustrating. The grill was also pretty weak. However, the view made up for it. I'd highly recommend this cabin to others.

My biggest complaint I have is with management and their attitude. I have rented cabins all throughout Tahoe for my family’s annual trip for the past 6 years without ever running into any issues. I received the rental contract which gave the typical guidelines. There is a section that in bold letters, states that report any issues with the house immediately upon arriving so that the renter (me) will not be liable for those issues during checkout. Of course this is standard and I understand. Upon checking in the garbage disposal didn’t work. I called management and told them the issue. Right away, they sounded unhappy and had a very accusing tone as if we broke it. They were not courteous at all and it took me off guard. I worked with them over the phone and we eventually figured out the issue. The biggest problem we had was the washing machine which was on the 2nd floor. We did a load and we noticed that the first floor bathroom was flooding with water from the ceiling. Basically, the rubber hose from the washing machine was not hooked on properly and the water was flooding downstairs. I called management again, and they had a very angry and accusing tone. I merely called to report the incident. The man I talked to was not courteous at all and kept repeating that it was fine before we moved in. Of course I get irate and unhappy. Why the **** would I unhook the rubber hose or anything of that nature? We had a 2 year old running around the house which we wouldn’t want to endanger. The logical explanation is that maybe the hose fell off the wall which makes sense because there are no **** screws or parts holding it in place. I just wanted to report the incident and I get a man accusing me of foul play. All in all, my family did not enjoy our stay with this management property. We paid good money to have a vacation which was spoiled by incidences like this.
