I've been renting my second home in Las Vegas for 2 years on other sites. Just discovered I can add it here on Trip Advisor too!
My house is perfect for three couples or families reconnecting. Soft spot for Europeans and Canadians...ask me about my free case of water!
I'm a displaced midwestern farm boy who loves to meet new people and provide an excellent vacation property.

Interaction with guests:
I live in the same subdivision and make it a point to have myself or a member of my cleaning crew meet every guest. We'll show you the ins and outs of the house, explain the hot tub and give you the 'gadgets' you'll need for your stay. If you have any problems, I'm 2 minutes away...call or text and we'll make it right.
Also, I have fantastic neighbors who support my short term leasing...PLEASE respect them at all times...especially after 10 PM and before 8 AM.
This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. I am licensed by the City of Las Vegas as a short term rental and want to keep that license.

About the neighbourhood
Woodland Hills is one of the first neighborhoods in Las Vegas to be built on a golf course. The subdivision still shares the east side of the 10th hole with the Muni Golf Course! I'm not a golfer, but I'm told it is a good, economical golfing option.
Just east on Washington is Lorenzi Park. Lots of fun playground equipment, a large duck pond, running trails, basketball courts, tennis courts and softball fields.
This is Vegas, we're not known for our walkability in the suburbs...but we now have LYFT and UBER. I'm not sue how they do it but they are everywhere. Most strip hotels are not charging to park and it's often cheaper to LYFT to and from and not deal with traffic or the hassle of parking. If you need to go to Costco or Smith's for Groceries, each are about a $5 ride.
If you are used to public transportation, the 209 Bus runs from the end of the street to the Fremont street experience.
Car not needed
How to get there
Airport: LAS: 15.0 km
Taxi's in the Vegas suburbs are, well, let's go with challenging. UBER and LYFT however, are much more viable options. If you will be doing the strip thing only, I would tell you to skip the rental car lines at the airport (it can be 1.5 - 2 hours on a Thursday or Friday night) and just do the ride share thing while you are here. It will cost you about $30 from the airport and $15 to 'The Strip'
