Three bedrooms are elegantly decorated in natural hues, with crisp white linen and concealed cupboards. The apartment is fully secure with an alarm and offers off-street parking in the form of a private parking bay, as well as three visitor’s bays. A short drive will take you to the beautiful beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton, as well as Table Mountain and the city centre. LOAD SHEDDING BACKUP What is Powered:All of the lights, the entertainment, wifi and all of the plugs in the lounge. What Isn’t Powered:All kitchen appliances including the fridge, freezer, and the stove, and the rest of the plugs in the house do not work during loadshedding. The airconditioners and the geyser are also excluded from the power backup. HOUSEKEEPING This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request. CHILD POLICY This home does not accommodate children under 12. SMOKING POLICY This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside.
