This property is a wonderful place to stay. Linda was easy to communicate with and accommodating. We were greeted with a nice and unexpected welcome gift which was a nice personal touch. The property is as advertised. We hope to frequently make this a family reunion location.

Beautiful quiet small neighborhood. Every neighbor we encountered stopped and talked. The home was immaculate. The screened in porch was my favorite spot for relaxing after a long day of adventures. No complaints can be thought of. Would definitely stay again

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this spacious home with breathtaking views from the front porch. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The back porch was nice to sit on and not worry about bugs, and the sunsets from the front of the house were spectacular, but bug spray is a necessity in Montana. Spacious kitchen. Spacious everything actually. The host left us a delicious coffee cake! Convenient to the interstate as well as Big Timber. Couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay, and we look forward to returning with our family again.

Beautiful, spacious, nicely furnished home near the Yellowstone River. The hosts , Ivan & Linda are very responsive and were a pleasure to work with. The home is very comfortable and has a beautiful view of the Crazy Mountains. We had stayed here once before, and would love to come back again ! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home ! The house was beautiful. We were in town for a family reunion and the space fit our family perfectly. Enough space for everyone. The views are absolutely stunning and the area is very quiet.

We had a very nice 2 night stay at this house. Very spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would definitely like to go back.

Enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend! Very nice location! Very peaceful! Close to river! Communication with owner easy. House had everything we needed plus a homemade cake that we thoroughly enjoyed!!!

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was great! The views out the front of the house is breathtaking. Very clean, spacious, well stocked with dishes/pans/etc. Great communication with hosts. Definitely would stay here again if in the area.
