Beware...
If you are ok with showing up to your Villa being double booked or not getting the Villa you specifically rented - this is the place for you. The differences between the Villas - as for ocean view, shade and privacy vary a great deal.

Vacaciones tranquilas
Un lugar muy tranquilo espacios agradables nos hospedamos en un segundo piso, dos habitaciones, dos baños completos y una cocina completa con un refrigerador extragrande, el único pero, las personas que apartan camastros en la alberca sin usarlos, por lo demás muy bien y la playa excelente

Increíble!!!
Es un lugar extraordinario, hermoso en verdad. La casa muy linda, la alberca muy agradable y el mar bello. El clima no ayudo, mucha lluvia por dos días, pero normal para ser verano. Una tv sería de mucha ayuda para estar al pendiente del clima. Todo lo demás, muy bien!!

Best Place to experience Mexico
This was my very first time in Mexico and i have to say this place will forever be a go-to for me and my Husband. Rooms came with AC, Utensils, Plates,pots & Pans and housekeeping every day if you so choose. This community is very beautiful. There is a little coffee shop right across from the villa. Tons of fantastic restaurants in Trocones, Cafe Sol was our favorite..Their pizza is amazing. You will feel safe here in Trocones. If you take a taxi to this place ask to go to LA VILLA TROCONES. there is no sign outside the place, but it is right next door to PRESENT MOMENT RETREAT. There is no laundry rooms at this Villa, but there is a lady (Just ask Victore the maintenance guy, he will be very helpful for anything you may need) that will wash your clothing for a small price and will be ready the next day. Make sure to stop by the Grocery store
( Commercial Mexicana in Zihuatanejo) make sure to stock up on hard alcohol and other items, the little markets only have minimal items in Trocones, there is a liquor store in Trocones at Wendys liquor store, but priced much more. everyone is kind and this villa was absolutely gorgeous. We will be returning, we have so much more to explore. David the owner of the Villa we stayed in was very helpful. If you want to check out Mexico this is the spot!!

Great condo
This is a lovely condo. Brand new and has everything you need. There is AC if needed, which was great for our 11 month old who was struggling with the heat a bit. Nice, clean bathrooms and a fabulous outdoor living space. The grounds are amazing and the pool is a piece of heaven. It is probably the nicest pool I've ever swam in. The beach is rough in Troncones, so having a nice pool to swim in is essential. The complex is within easy walking distance to town and is close to many great restaurants. This is a wonderful part of Mexico! Will definitely return:)

Great spot! Unit is spacious, modern, and clean. Totally safe setting.
Vaulted ceiling. Open air design. Very relaxed feel with great views and cooling breeze There is AC if needed at night.. I can usually take or leave having a pool, but this one is special. Just the right temperature, no chemical smell, and rounded edges everywhere. Every day we watched the crashing waves while relaxing in the pool. On site management was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely try to return to this unit again. The owner, David, was prompt in answering any and all questions prior to our booking.

About the neighbourhood
Troncones is a small community at the end of a paved road 3 km off Highway 200. Just 25 minutes north of Zihuatanejo Mexico which has a small and charming international airport. Direct flights from the US, Canada and Mexico are available. Troncones has a few small tienda's (shops), beachfront restaurants, small hotels, and a variety of retreats from surfing to yoga. Troncones surfing is considered some of the best in Mexico in and around Troncones. There are incredible beach breaks on the 5 km of beach in Troncones, a fantastic left point at Manzanillo Bay 3 km north of the town center. Saladita (10 km north) and The Ranch (20 km north) make Troncones a year round surfing destination. The coast is also known for some of the best Mexican sport fishing in Mexico with world class Marlin and Sailfish.Troncones beach also enjoys hillsides stretching down to the ocean and large scenic mountain ranges in the distance making for an aesthetic landscape.

Hwy 200 out of ZIH airport towards Morelia. Take exit Troncones Beach, drive to T-junction near beach, turn right. The Villas are one mile down the road just past Present Moment Yoga Retreat on the beach side.
