Our luxurious beachfront villa in Trocones, Mexico offers you, your family or your group a gorgeous utopia in which to recreate and relax. La Nueva offers 3 master suites. There is one king size, master suite on the upper level with a full bath. Also on the upper level is an office/study that can be converted to another queen bedroom for two; please note there is not a dedicated bathroom for the study when used as an extra queen bedroom. The lower level has two king size, master suites with full baths to include outdoor "rain forest" showers. Additionally, there are 2 half bathrooms on the property. Paradise!
La Nueva is an amazing beach front property conveniently located between Troncones main Street and the beaches to the north. You have a great choice of places to eat within walking distance! It's a beautiful spot on a really nice beach. The house and gardens are spectacular. Relaxing is mandatory and the surroundings perfect. The Pool is so incredible that you feel like you have your own private beach and Ocean! Can't say enough good things about this place, I highly recommend it!

Perfect Beach Getaway!!!
Gorgeous house with an amazing location. Right on the water with an unobstructed view. Walking distance from the town center and restaurants. Relax all day by the pool, take a horse ride down the beach or surf right out the back door!
House has everything you need. The outdoor showers are the best!!! The staff is lovely and everyone in our party had a great time! Honestly can't wait to go back and will most definitely be booking at Casa Despacito again!!!

Well appointed. Great location. High quality fixtures and finishes. Excellent staff. Over all a 10+.

I visited troncones on February 19, the house was really beautiful. I love the pool and all the views of the beach. 100% recomendable.

The location is very good, the beach is clean and with an incredible view! This is an excellent option to stay with an impressive pool. The owner is very attentive and his treatment is very kind. We will visit again!

We loved this beach house; our stay was perfect
This new, beautifully finished home is right on the beach in a wonderful, idyllic little town. Everything was perfect; the house and grounds have so many extra touches and the staff insured everything was perfect. We loved sitting in the pool, drinking our Margaritas and watching the spectacular sunsets! We hated to leave and can't wait to go back.. Five Stars!!

Spectacular-Magical from the moment we arrived!
We walked though the courtyard, into this stunning home and we knew we had fallen into the lap of luxury. Just past the warm infinity pool, this home sits on an expansive sandy beach, which we basically had all to ourselves! It was perfect for surfing, swimming, boogie boarding and just playing in the sand with the kids. It is very obvious how much this owner cares about his guests. There is so much attention to detail and the house is well supplied with everything you need to have the best vacation ever. He even supplies bikes so you can ride into the town of Troncones, where we felt very safe and welcome. All of our meals were excellent. Admittedly, I was a little leery of traveling to Mexico. Not anymore! I cannot wait to go back. I'm dreaming of being back there-relaxing in the hammock with a good book, overlooking the infinity pool while the sun sets-oh and a margarita! Heaven!!!

Tranquil + Amenities
I’ve been coming to this town for 20 years and have stayed in many homes. This was amazing! We saw whales nearly everyday from the pool. It is a brand new home with everything you could ask for. It’s the first place I’ve stayed in Troncones with an ice maker. That’s a big deal. Speakers throughout the home and at the pool made our days and nights perfect. Bedrooms offered privacy and the office was great for the little bit of work I did. One of the best places in Troncones.

Troncones is a relatively undeveloped, uncrowded beach village located about 20 miles north west of Zihuatanejo on the coast of the state of Guerrero. It is located in the municipality of La Unión de Isidoro Montes de Oca and has a population of about 593 people.
