This condo has been updated with a new rocker recliner, a nice comfortable couch and a large flat screen smart TV with surround sound.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of dishes and utensils to cook up a big meal for that family gathering.
There is a full size washer/dryer in the laundry room off the kitchen.
There is a Charcoal BBQ Grill under the front steps.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen TV with cable, and a large bathroom adjoining the bedroom. The bathroom has a jetted tub/shower, and his and her sinks.
You can walk out on the deck from the bedroom or living room.
The guest bedroom has a new Queen size bed as of Dec 5, 2020, and a flat screen TV with cable.
Located in the gated community of Pointe Royale, just 3 miles from the Strip, and 1.5 mil...

2 dogs are allowed. Please make sure you have your dogs vaccination records with you. Your dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside the property.
Please clean up after your dog and discard feces in trash.
No smoking in condo. You can smoke on the back deck with the door and window closed so it doesn't blow in or you will be charged if condo needs disinfecting and extensive deodorizing due to smoke.
Please dispose of cigarette butts.

A great place to stay.
The condo was in a great location, close to all Branson attractions. We traveled with my daughter and son-in-law so we appreciated room for together time while still having the privacy of separate bedrooms and baths. I have never seen a kitchen as well equipped as this one in a rental. The Christmas decor throughout the condo and fireplace was a plus. Neighbors and other permanent residents we all very friendly.

Great vacation getaway
We had an awesome time here. The bedding was very comfortable and the condo was well equipped for cooking. We loved the close proximity to the pools and clubhouse. The location was very convenient to attractions but far enough away to be a quiet getaway. Would definitely recommend. Grandkids are ready to come back!

Close to all activities for children. Swim area good and enjoyable. Needs some improvements in unit for comfort of guest
Unit was close to activities for children. Kids enjoyed the swim area. Unit could stand new mattresses and more adequate cooking utensils, such as knives for slicing and chopping. Air mattress would not hold air for the children but they enjoyed sleeping on the cots.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and liked the amenities and being close to them.
The mattresses are about 8 yrs old.
The kitchen is fully stocked but I will get more knives. I guess the air mattress got a hole in it from previous guests. We will check into that.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was pet friendly and accommodated our two golden doodles. One of the few pet friendly places without a lot of restrictions. Easy access to all things in Branson. You could not tell it was pet friendly, very clean. Nice patio at the rear with sliding glass door.

Great place!
We really enjoyed our stay! The first impression was "This is great!" The set up was really perfect. It had been several years since we had been to Branson, our grandkids are 9, 6 & 5, they were so excited! They ran through the place when we first went in, to check out every room! They loved the indoor pool, we made several trips to Silver Dollar City and took them to Dixie Stampede, and just hung around some too! It was a great time for all of us, and pet friendly is a must for us, so it was everything we were looking for! The only thing (which can be corrected very easily) is the kitchen and laundry area floor was very slippery for the dogs and for us if we were in socks.

Relaxing
Condo was in safe and relaxing environment.close to pool.very clean. Close to a lot of different activities and shows plus the lake. Quiet and comfortable after busy outside journeys. Would visit again!

Branson Stay
We had a great time on our visit to Branson, and the condo was awesome! The beds were extremely comfortable.... felt almost like we were at home. Kim was very helpful and probably the BEST agent we have ever dealt with!!!

Moonshine Beach (sandy beach) is on Table Rock Lake and is located just 2 miles from the Resort.
Tablerock State Park is just a few miles from the resort. Tablerock State Park offers boat, jet ski rentals and much more.
Pt. Royale is surrounded by the quiet beauty of Taneycomo Hills & beautiful golf course-within a 'gated community'! Just minutes from the strip, Silver Dollar City & all major attractions!
Branson is surrounded by the beautiful Ozark Mountains. The area offers everything you could want for your long-awaited vacation. Table Rock lake offers great bass fishing and hosts professional bass tournaments. Lake Taneycomo has some of the best trout fishing in the country.
1) Just under a mile from the Resort is the Mountain Adventure Resort a new adventure park that will feature rides brand new to the Ozarks. It will be located along Highway 165 in what used to be known as “Butcher Hollow.” The project embraces the extreme topography with a 400-foot elevation change, a zip coaster, zip lines and a ropes course along with a thing called a mountain coaster. A zip coaster is very similar to a zip line except it’s not a straight line, but more of a circuitous route that can take curves. Scheduled to open summer 2016.
2) Just 3 miles from the Resort on the Famous 76 Strip is
The iconic Navy Pier Ferris wheel is making its new home in Branson in 2016. The Track Family Fun Parks will add a new, yet familiar, attraction to Branson’s Highway 76 in 2016—the iconic, (15-story-high Ferris wheel) which stood on Chicago's Navy Pier for the past two decades.
3) 3 miles from the resort off 76 and Fall Creek Rd is:
Fritz's Adventure is a dynamic family attraction that brings the excitement and challenges of outdoor adventure into a multi-dimensional indoor environment. Experience three stories and 80,000 square feet where you can experience elements of the world around you that, anywhere else, would be prohibited or discouraged. All ages are encouraged to explore the family adventure together.
4) Bigfoot on the Strip is the second $10M attraction to be added to Branson's Entertainment Disctrict in 2016.
5) White Water is just 3 miles from the Resort.
6) The Paradise Zoo is 3 miles.
7) We are 3 miles to the Grand Country Arcade and Indoor Water Park, Lazer Tag and More... There is a Fun, Family Friendly Restaurant there at the arcade in Grand Country.
8) CiCi's Pizza has an Arcade inside.
9) Silver Dollar City is just 8 miles from the Resort
The area is home to several great golf courses - Branson Creek (Missouri's #1 public golf course), Murder Rock ( a John Daly course), The Tribute to Payne Stewart ( the newest semi-private course in the area) and Ledgestone to name a few. The is condo is located on the challenging hilly Thousand Hills Golf Course.
One of the New Attractions to Branson is the Chicago Navy Pier Farris Wheel.
The New Fritz Adventure is an Awesome Place for the whole family to enjoy.
The Runaway - Mountain Coaster at Branson Mountain Adventure Park is new to Branson. (need transportation)
Fall Creek Steakhouse and Dana's BBQ are two Great Restaurants near the Resort.
