A traditional contemporary design for all to enjoy with four poster beds and 1000 thread count sheets we have created an affordable luxury living space.

Would not recommend. Poor host.
Firstly, the cottage is beautiful, views are lovely. However, I would not return to this place or recommend it due to the hosts overbearing nature. The host sent out a “manual” at 10am on the morning of checking in. This rule book stated that the hot tub should only be used for 1 hour of the stay and you cannot get in hot tub after 9pm or on the morning of check out. This means that from 3-9pm it’s only available to use for 1 hour. This seems excessive and should be advertised or it would alter peoples views. We got in the hot tub after 9pm and received 3 text messages and a phone call from the host all within 10 minutes telling us that she got a notification that the hot tub lid was open. Bear in mind there is a ring door bell in view of the hot tub(I know this is visible to that area as I have a ring cam myself and know the span). I felt we were being spied on. Every time you went outside it meant the host would have received a notification of us going past in our bikinis, it feels slightly inappropriate. The host messaged us the morning of check out at 9:15am advising that check out was at 11am and to ensure we clean dishes and remove rubbish. I felt it overbearing the host was so involved in our stay. I would never leave dishes in an air bnb but no host has ever ever told me to clean after myself. I felt the host was spying on us as I highly doubt there is an app that tells you the hot tub lid is off. Really disappointed with this host.

Host hard to deal with and kept hounding
We booked as 6 friends which host was aware of from the very start. We had requested early check in and no attempt to accommodate this was made by host. We arrived with 3 cars all parked in the yard, house seemed lovely on first view but on closer inspection it’s shabby in many areas, paint japs, living room sofa the arm was completely broke, floors not very clean, no freezer in the house for ice. 6 guests and only 1 and a half toilet rolls, plastic cups to be used as glasses. Heating controls with no batteries and lights removed from the outside hot tub area which meant it was unable to be used after dark safely.
The host was a complete pest kept texting wanting to know how many people at house and then arrived and just walked into the house. The texts had us all on edge without her just storming into the house. We felt she had a hidden camera in or around the house.
We are all home owners in our 40s with one of the friends travelling from oz to visit and found out two days prior to stay she was getting married so had hen party straws when the host just let herself in being rude and completely hostile towards us we all wanted to leave.
At 8.55am the host text to say a gentle reminder we had to be out by 11am which we knew and was not called for and was soooo rude the amount of calls and text from host during our stay was completely ridiculous and beyond rational.
The host says she doesn’t allow groups or parties in her property but has TikTok’s of parties in the hot tub and also hen parties have signed her guest book many of the reviews have been ripped out of the guest book and I know now why that is the case
This host is genuinely nothing but down right rude and nearly put me into the hedge she was driving that fast to get to the property for 11am she had no consideration for other road users or her guests. Such a shame the views are amazing if she worked on the finer details and areas of the property needing some attention but also some customer service skills also

Thank you for booking your stay through airbnb and leaving another review but unfortunately as I previously responded your party did not follow any property rules and I would not recommend you to any other hosts! (My version of events is very different than your review)
Apologise for my honesty and your review is a reflection of not liking that you where caught breaking rules! (In my opinion)
As a future suggestion just be up front of your intentions and communicate better :)
