Our family ages were from 7-77 years old. Entry directions were accurate and the process easy. This rental was BETTER than we pictured. We had fun on the water all week with kayaks, paddle board and paddle boat. Despite the name, the sunrises were worth getting up for. The kitchen was spectacular and we prepared meals there every night. The whole house was stocked with all we needed and more. We used the fire pit each night. Towels, beach and bath, bedding, and all the details were available for us. All of it was so nice. There were throw blankets as added attention to detail and they were used in the mornings as we watched sunrises. Like the blankets, the house gave us all a comfy, cozy, relaxing feel.

Thank you Dan and Emily for hosting our family summer vacation! We had a wonderful time swimming, fishing, and boating. Check-in was easy and Dan was very quick to respond to questions/requests. The place was very clean and spacious, and the beach area was perfect for swimming for the children. I very much appreciated the location of the house in regards to Tioga and got my fill of mountain biking in! It is a wonderful area and would definitely consider staying here again!
