Had problems with AC leaking they sent maintenance out quickly and repaired overall great time

I was optimistically cautious about how the current property conditions would be, considering the Hurricanes that have bashed Freeport in recent years. All in all the infrastructure appeared 100% unscathed and the property looked fantastic. Our room's balcony had the most beautiful unobstructed views of the sunrise every morning. I also had a very short walk to my boat slip in the Marina across the lawn. Housekeeping was not the best but we did not spend much time in the apartment so it didn't bother us at all. Pool side bar and restaurant were excellent. We can't wait to to it again in West End.

The rooms had no issues. Clean bed linens, room was clean. Does not look outdated at all. Very short walk to the beach and boat slip. Will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice accommodations for short of longer term stay. Unit is well maintained , offers a nice view of the ocean and has access to a large multi burner gas grill and picnic table on lower level facing beach. Small refrigerator can accommodate drinks and some frozen items for a longer stay. Coffee pot , dishes, knives , small toaster in unit also. In room safe to protect valuables if desired. Bed is very comfortable. TV in room with multi channels including access to US news programs including some cable channels. Owner very quick in responding and informative if you have questions. Have been to OBB several times, but not last in last 2 years. Nice to see the property is being improved from an already nice condition. More activities offered, and as always great sunsets, and a relaxing stop on your way by boat to other locations, or to enjoy fishing right out front.
