Just over half a mile from the doorstep is the Exe Estuary,where guests can enjoy a relaxing stroll towards either Exmouth or Topsham. Set on the edge of Lympstone village which offers a choice of public houses,a village store/Post Office and a coffee shop. The estuary trail from Exmouth to Exeter is popular with walkers and cyclists. The seaside resort of Exmouth is close by with it’s cliff top walks and stunning views of the bay,also with sand dunes,rock pools and seaside attractions. Darts Farm with it's award winning farm shop is within easy reach as is Topsham. The Exe River café (seasonal opening hours) is accessed via boat and is well worth a visit....
