Patti has done an excellent job of preparing a clean, well-equipped spot for perfect gathering, relaxation, and rejuvenation. We had everything we needed!

Well maintained, clean, well equipped, great neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Great place for swimming for young and old. Our only complaint was could use more closet space, but not a deal breaker. Weather was beautiful!

I rented this amazing cabin so I could cook for my son and his who goes to Albion College nearby. I live in Arkansas and he missed his mommas home cooking! Everything about this place was perfect. Plenty of room, well equipped, perfect location, serene setting, literally NO complaints!! My son has two more years left at Albion and I can’t wait to continue to rent this lovely cabin in the future. Thank you Patti!!

Single level, walk right out to the water. Awesome patio. Plenty of parking.

The cottage was better than advertised. The shallow, sandy shore was perfect for the little ones to play in. The house was recently updated and the place was extremely clean. We rented a pontoon for the week from Vacation Boat Rentals. They dropped off at the boat launch. Had a great week of fishing (rock bass, bluegill, largemouth and a couple smallmouth bass). If you are considering a vacation at Duck Lake, do yourself a favor and rent this cottage. We absolutely loved it.

The whole experience was great. The homeowner was helpful and easy to reach if needed. Property exactly as described. We only wish we had been there with better weather! Can’t wait to return and enjoy that beautiful lake!

This cottage is so very nice. It was a great place for my Colorado family of six to stay as they love being at Duck Lake. You could not find a nicer place to rent on this lake. Everything was there and included to make their vacation very relaxed and enjoyable. Keeping this on our list for any other opportunity that may come when we would be in need of a cottage rental again.

Enjoyed our week tremendously....sandy lakefront with crystal clear water. Home was so much more than the pictures portrayed. Relaxed on the deck in the patio furniture and viewed the fabulous sunsets. Thank you for a great relaxing week.

We absolutely loved this cottage! It was very roomy as you can see by the pictures and I loved the shallow sandy water for our grandchildren. We have been renting different cottages trying to find the right one to come back to and this is it! Felt like home. Even tho the following things are listed, I thought I would mention them for what we appreciated about the cottage: 1st and foremost the lake, the sandy bottom and shallowness for the kids! Big Kitchen-stocked with most everything you will need. Kitchen Table-everyone could eat together/don't find that in a lot of cottages. Large Laundry/Mud room-didn't think we would use it, but it came in handy. 2 bathrooms-nice when people visited and you have a crowd. Plenty of life jackets Central air-only used it a little bit but nice to have/don't fine that often either. Big deck-close to the water Nice neighbors on both sides. Plenty of parking, even for guest. Everything was great, the views, the comfort of the house and even a boat to use for fishing.
