This house was beautiful and in a great location. Warm and welcoming from beginning to end. We truly hope to come back.

The house is absolutely beautiful and you feel right at home as soon as you enter. It was big enough that everyone felt comfortable and it was absolutely spotless! We were met promptly when we arrived and told everything we needed to know about the property. There were 6 of us plus our dog and we all really enjoyed hanging out at the house, cooking dinners on the grill, and going out on the boat. One of the reasons we rented this house is the accessibility for my Dad who is 91. He was able to maneuver through the house, bedroom, and get down to the yard and on the boat without issues. We grew up fishing and it's been a long time since my Dad was able to fish (he caught two!). The pictures don't capture just how special and wonderful a house this is. Thank you for the wonderful memories our family will have of the time spent in this beautiful house!

Upon arrival we knew this was the weekend house for us! This home is a mix of updated and original decor, and charming in every way. The lake views are amazing from every window. The deck was inviting and full of great conversation areas. Plenty of space for 6 adults, 3 teenagers and a dog. The property is huge and only a 4 minute walk from Marshall country club and golf course. The boat and kayaks were an extra perk! We used them all! Make sure you bring your fishing poles because the pan fish are plenty in this lake. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook your own meals. Make sure you visit the quaint town of Marshall where you will love the breweries and shopping. Can’t wait to go again next year!

We enjoyed our week on the lake very much! The floor plan of the home is great and everything is provided for your stay. We loved the pontoon and evening sunsets. Spent a lot of time in the water and fishing from the dock. The lake is quiet and the water was warm. Tom and Tammy were wonderful, and Mike was very responsive, as well. We'll be back next summer!

Beautiful, spacious property on a gorgeous, quiet lake. The managers are amazing and responsive. The lake was warm and clean. We had 10 adults and a toddler and never felt crowded! Everything you need is there, but being some beach towels along. Fishing on the dock was awesome. Dark Horse Brewery is great, as is shopping in downtown Marshall. I could have skipped Sand Hill Crane because the food is eh. The River Walk is a little outdated,but the Mansion Tour and Honolulu House were both interesting. Live music at the Country Club was great! We're booked for next year!

Such a great home to stay at...... very comfortable and cozy. The property managers met us at the house and they were WONDERFUL. Always available to answer questions by text during our stay. The use of the boat was an awesome plus. The lake is very small and was cold this time of year, but we still enjoyed boat rides and the beautiful sunsets. The ONLY thing we can say that was a disappointment there was the lake bottom- thought it would be sandier at the cottage, but it was very mucky and weedy...... the kids didn’t like walking out there without shoes....... That being said, it was a great trip and Marshall is a wonderful town- everyone was sooo nice! Loved the stores, restaurants, and getting to visit Dark Horse Brewery! We will be back!!!❤️

Very clean property and spacious home. Exactly as shown in pictures and described. Absolutely great communication with property manager. Lots of things to do and even with cooler weather a few days we had a fun time with local golf courses. Mike and Sharon, thanks for sharing your home. We will be back!

Enjoyed our family get together here. Spacious, open floor plan home with wide lake views from most rooms in the house. Wonderful full length deck in back. Great having use of pontoon boat and kayaks. Had up to 8 adults with plenty of space. House managers are very responsive. Enjoyed a round of golf at course right down the street. Downtown Marshall has many great shops, restaurants and brewery. Can recommend coffee shop, Serendipity. We will be returning next year!

Great home, perfect little lake. Very clean property and very comfortable. Separate spaces for all of us. Pet friendly. Nice pontoon boat with tubing. Nicely appointed kitchen. Beautiful outdoor deck with views of the lake, We all had a great time and would definitely come back!

This was a very well maintained, well stocked and well laid out house. We had small kids (3 under 7) and the dock and swim area, plus the boats, were perfect for entertaining the kids and providing family fun. Great experience and great sunsets from the expansive porch.
