Contemporary house with vaulted ceiling and wide open kitchen, dining, living area. Wonderful outdoor pool with large deck, hammock and gas grill and surrounded by tall trees. Feels very private and quiet. 10 minute walk to Pier Street beach. Three bedroom, two bath. Third bedroom is a huge sleeping loft that sleeps 6. Enjoy the screened in porch and two large lawns for horseshoes, badminton or bocce ball. Close to art galleries, wineries and craft breweries, farmer's markets, great restaurants and orchards. Beach toys and four bikes included. Weekly rentals only Memorial Day - Halloween. We rent from Friday to Friday. 2021 heads-up: Pier St. Beach has been, sadly, under water for the past couple of summers.
