This property enjoys a lovely location in the small village of Bouth,right next door to the village pub,whose landlord is the owner of the cottage. The pub itself is well-regarded in the local area for its warm welcome and excellent food. One mile outside the village,there is a farm shop and tearoom which also offers a range of experience days including tractor driving and shire horse days. Of course,the main draw of the area is the beautiful landscape,its lakes and fells,and this property is perfectly located for enjoying them both,as it situated 4.5 miles from Lake Windermere and Fell Foot Country Park. Stepping inside this cottage through the side entrance,guests will come directly to the kitchen/diner,a cosy room with a wood burner at one end and the well-equipped kitchen at the other. Guests will find everything they need here including an oven,hob,microwave,fridge,freezer,and dishwasher,whilst the washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in a laundry area just off the front hall. The lounge,meanwhile,looks out over the village green and is another welcoming space with a second wood burner,comfortable seating,a TV/DVD,and hi-fi. Stairs lead to the first floor where the property’s two bedrooms are located. The first of these is a delightful double room whilst the other is a small double,with the bed measuring 4’ wide and therefore suitable for two children or one adult. The bathroom,also on the first floor,offers a shower over spa bath and WC. There is parking for one car. More
