It was our 4 time staying at the farm. So peaceful and relaxing. Living in Florida we always look forward to our stay. Hope to return again next year.

First of all the property is amazing. Waking up every morning making coffee and watching the cows with my family is the best start you can have for a day. Bruce and Maxine are just wonderful people and love talking to them and learning about the farm. Anything that we needed they provided or guided us in the right direction. Renting the golf cart was great too. Makes trips to the lake fast and easy also when traveling with the kids and a cooler. It was our second time staying there and we will be back again next year. I can’t wait to see my cows again.

Nice stay at this country home. King and queen beds comfortable the bunk room not so much. Nice seeing the cows out back. Beautiful country setting.

The house was so clean and equipped with everything we needed and more. The Wellers are beyond hospitable, we can’t wait to stay here again!

Great area, clean house, wonderful people, extremely close to Jackson and Onondaga, overall just exceptional!

Dennis, our host made us feel welcome in his cottage. Occasionally he, stopped by with his dog Jax to make sure our stay was going well. The accommodations were as described. Our stay here was wonderful. This was our home base for exploring the area. We stayed in a nice comfortable, quiet cottage set in the forest on the edge of the owner’s farm. The beds were very comfortable and every one slept well. We used the kitchen, barbecue and laundry. All worked well. We would definitely consider staying here again if in the area.

The place is so cute and relaxing. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

The Morning Star Cottage is a wonderful place to gather away from the monotony of the everyday. With beautiful views, a private lake and plenty of space to roam, you can't go wrong. We Can't wait to come back!

It was just what we needed for a family getaway. The lake was great. We loved the boating options and it was beautiful. The owners paid attention to details and made sure we had a great time. Can't wait to come back

We all had a wonderful time at your country cottage. It was clean and well equipped. Very peaceful & charming. It is a good hike down to the little lake and I was so glad we were able to rent the golf cart. The mosquitos were out in full force during our stay so we were only able to brave one evening near the bonfire. (No fault of the owners!) It's a Michigan thing. lol! We would consider renting this cottage again.
