A great location; minutes from downtown Victoria, from the Syndey aquarium, from markets, and parks and, of course, the beaches.
The place was immaculate. The beds were comfy and the hosts were gracious.

We loved this place. It was so beautiful and peaceful and the owners couldn't have been nicer. It's in a great location to explore Victoria without being in the congestion of the downtown. The place is wonderfully decorated and the owners stock it with just about anything you could possibly need. If we come back to this area we will most certainly try to stay here again.

A lot of thought and consideration has gone into making this little gem of a property into a comfortable little haven. It really felt like I was stopping in a friends home. It was perfect for my family of four adults. Location is relaxing, very close to a charming beach and an excellent farm shop. We tried the chicken and beef and all was very tender and tasty. Great local bar/restaurant on the beach which was in walking distance.
Easy commute by car to Victoria (approx 15 mins). Charming City.
Melinda and Dan were great hosts. Very helpful with what to do in the surrounding area.
Really felt spoilt after our visit to Ocean Muse, couldn’t ask for more than that!! Would highly recommend it.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at The Ocean Muse. Melinda and Dan are gracious hosts, available if needed, but our privacy was respected. The accomodation is well appointed. Personal touches throughout made it feel like a home away from home. It's quiet location with its beautiful views of the ocean made for a relaxing vacation. It's location was well suited for our needs. We would recommend The Ocean Muse to anyone seeking a quiet, relaxing stay in the Victoria area. Thank you to our hosts! We hope to return in the not too distant future!

This ground floor suite is ideal for one or two couples or a family. The owners live upstairs and were very helpful in meeting our needs and suggesting places to go. The kitchen and living area are very well furnished with full kitchen facilities and many extras. The beds are quite comfortable. The suite overlooks the strait and is near The Beach House, an excellent restaurant. Groceries are not far away. Butchart Gardens are nearby and are a must see. This is an excellent jump off spot for Victoria and the South coast without being in the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Muse and give it our highest recommendation.

We spent a wonderful week at the Ocean Muse in September 2018. The photos on the website don’t do justice to the property and its location. The owners have made this apartment very comfortable; it is exceptionally clean, well equipped and the view of the ocean with the sun rising in the morning is one we’d like to enjoy every day. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating, and even though this is a downstairs apartment, there was absolutely no noise from above. Could not have asked for anything more and we recommend it highly - thanks so much!!!

The place was spotless and so convenient to all we wanted to see and do. The view and beach for walking was an added pleasure. We really enjoyed our stay.
