From the moment I walked in the front door and saw how gorgeous the home was and how incredible the view was I was in awe! It was a hard home to leave. We spent most of our time either on the beach or on the back porch. The hot tub & fire pit were awesome. The cleanliness and amenities were fabulous. This home has everything you could possibly need and more. Jim was very attentive and gave fabulous recommendations during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!! This home deserves more than 5 stars!!

We had an amazing stay in Falmouth at this rental. The house and entire property is fantastic, with all of the amenities you need for a great vacation. The location is priceless -- the private beach area is perfect for adults and kids, and the proximity to shops, parks, the bike path, and all that Falmouth has to offer is ideal. Jim is an incredible host -- we were all so impressed with how thoughtful, kind, and helpful he was both before and throughout our stay. I can't imagine a better rental experience and we can't wait to return next summer!

Rain or shine, this house is the perfect place to have a fun family getaway in the best part of Falmouth. Jim and Julia are awesome hosts. The house was meticulously kept with brand-new beautiful kitchen. We had so much fun relaxing around the house, enjoying the view, exercising, kayaking, walking along the beach, etc. The house manual was super helpful. The restaurants mentioned were all pretty amazing. We also had fun strolling down the Falmouth town center, which was only a short drive away. We all loved our stay!

My family and I had a fantastic experience at Jim and Julia’s house! The pictures don’t begin to do the house justice. It was immaculate and so spacious. We had a family of 10 there and never once did we feel on top of each other. We had a blast! Jim was so communicative and accommodating throughout the process, the entire experience was easy and stress free. We are already talking about renting again next summer!

We stayed at Jim's home for four nights between Christmas and New Year's with our family of four and another family of four. In total we had 4 adults and 4 under 4 years. The house is incredible with views of the water from every room. With two master bedrooms and 2 additional bedrooms with multiple beds, it made it very easy and enjoyable to share the home with another family while allowing for plenty of family privacy. Additionally, the house had plenty of space in the main living area, outdoor deck, finished basement and our favorite - the newly created private workout room complete with a peloton plus bike, plenty of weights, pull up bar and gorgeous ocean views. Our two families enjoyed eating meals at the large dining table, relaxing on the spacious couches, taking turns in the workout room and after the kids went to bed - enjoying time in the hot tub and basement/game room. Due to COVID we did not enter any restaurants but we did order takeout from a few local places (a pretty good amount of local options) and also cooked a few nights - (Jim's kitchen is very well stocked with appliances, dishes and basic cooking needs). We took the kids and strollers and walked outside around the neighborhood and a few local spots in the afternoons. Very pretty area! Jim was an incredible host. We reached out after submitting our reservation to inquire if he had any baby gear at the house (high chairs, pack and plays, etc.). He replied very quickly and said that he did not have anything at the ready but if I were to send him links to products, he would purchase for the home. We arrived to a brand new high chair, brand new pack and play and he even went as far as to buy 3 very large yellow Tonka trucks and a couple wooden train/car sets for the boys to play with. They were THRILLED! The care Jim has for the property and his visitors is evident. The property is spotless and he checked in via VRBO message after our arrival to make sure that we settled in well and encouraged us to reach out with any questions or any needs. After the visit concluded he asked for feedback on anything he could or should provide to enhance the experience in the future (we didn't have any recommendations!) Overall, we had a wonderful winter getaway at this property. Highly recommend!

It's hard to specify what our favorite memory of this property is and the amazing karma it exudes. The views are spectacular, not just the sunset (which alone is amazing) but the views of nature unfolding in front of you daily are breathtaking. You can look out and see something different occurring before your eyes every minute of the day. I spotted 8 species of water fowl, an osprey and two foxes all with in the same early morning hour. The tide flowing into the inlet followed a few hours later by it pouring back out and the constant changes of the natural world unfolding in front of you are a thing to behold. The home, and I call it a home because it's not just a house, is truly amazing. Thoughtfully designed and decorated to create a welcome and peaceful stay. We did not find the house lacking any thing we desired. Every utensil, pot or pan, serving dish, and appliance you will need is there. There are three separate refrigerators, you will not run out of space. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, the beds are of the highest quality. The 3 full baths are gorgeous with loads of water pressure and quality throughout. And additionally there are two half baths, which makes the house very user friendly for large groups. The living room has a beautiful fire place and the entire living and entertaining area and dining room is spacious, well furnished and creates a great location for family gatherings. The deck is large and flows from the living areas to create an incredible indoor out door experience with panoramic views. If it's all too much to take in, then relax and ease yourself into the new, large hot tub that commands one corner of the deck, or crank up the fire pit and warm your self while enjoying the evening. Other great features of this home are the ample off street parking and the quiet neighborhood. This property has tons of privacy. It also features a separate fitness room, with a great water view, that contains a Peloton bike and weights and other equipment to get your work out done. Our visit was in December, so it was a bit cool, but that doesn't mean we didn't take advantage of the beach. In the winter there are very few people around and we really enjoyed just walking off the deck and taking a nice private stroll on the beach and picking shells. You can tell the owners take pride in this home and we are looking forward to returning soon.

We loved everything about our long stay on this property. The location is perfect. The house is complete: kitchen is perfectly stocked, appliances brand new, washer/dryer, air conditioning, high tech everything making remote work easy, great yard, even greater deck, hot tub with a view. And, of course, the view: of sunsets, stars, storms, sailboats and sand is spectacular. This is a perfect setting for anyone. Our little ones loved the gentle tide pools and could play for hours. Our adult children hung out in comfortable living areas and reconnected We kayaked, paddle boarded, swam, played tennis daily on nearby courts that were so rarely used we pretended they were our own. The owner’s attention to us was over and above all expectations - there was nothing he wouldn’t have done for us. This is a dream vacation house.

Our multi-generational family stayed at this wonderful home in 2020 - perfect during the pandemic allowing for lasting memories having sunset dinners on the deck. The new renovations make this house even more wonderful for 2021 including the new kitchen appliances, new deck, brand new fitness room and a spacious master bathroom with ocean views. My 80 yo mother found the bench to be a wonderful feature in the master shower. Our older son worked remotely enjoying the fitness center and runs on the beach. My parents loved the new master bath/suite. Twins loved tennis and kayaking each day. Jim and Julia are wonderful hosts helping with any question or request to make your stay memorable. The Cape is much more lively and open this year making for a terrific week. G and R

This house is a wonderful vacation spot for families or friends, with easy access to the beach and a west-facing sunset view every evening. The owner is extremely attentive and the home is well cared for with new improvements every year. (The pelaton bike and exercise room was a fan favorite this year!) We've stayed in this home multiple times.

Everything about this property was outstanding, really felt like "home"! Beautifully appointed inside, lovely furnishings with everything you need, bright and sunny, with expansive ocean views from literally every room! Perfect location just steps from the private beach for long beach walks. Outstanding sunsets enjoyed every night while grilling on the massive deck or sitting next to the warm and cozy fireplace!! Our family can't wait to come back!!!
