We have vacationed on the Cape and in So. County RI for years, and honestly have never stayed at a more perfect spot. This beach house met all our needs and expectations. It is generously equipped with beach, bath and bed linen. The kitchen has every tool you will need, and is stocked with some many cooking essentials. There are decks with sublime views, and clear, clean water for swimming, fishing and boating. The little harbor is an endless source of entertainment for every age, from toddlers to grandparents. And how we enjoyed the community! The yacht club boat and instructors leading the little sailors in training out to the sound like a mama duck with her ducklings was a daily source of joy. Our kids loved the tennis and basketball courts, and the grandkids were in the playground when they weren't swimming or beachcombing. We all agreed that this sweet cottage is a place we want to return to. Thanks to Mary, who answered all out questions and brought us a new tank of propane. We had so much fun!

We so very much enjoyed our beach front vacation. When we walked into the Bowker home, we felt as though we walked into a story, a novel with a setting you wish you could be a part of, and in this case, you are. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck while watching the little ones learn to sail and/or play tennis. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and the ocean breezes coming through the windows. We'd like to start a family tradition of spending at least one week every summer in this lovely home.

My family and I loved this place! The playground out back was perfect for the kids but the best part was the deck overlooking the ocean and marina. I dream of these sunsets! We will absolutely be back.

Great views. Porches on 3 sides of the house means you can almost always sit protected from sun or wind. The small side beach is perfect if you have younger children - you can watch them from a few feet away while they play. The kitchen is set up with space and equipment for doing actual cooking / baking, which was a huge benefit. The owner was very friendly and helpful when we had some questions. Overall we had a wonderful stay and already are hoping to return next year.
