I have rented this house before and look forward to renting it again.

We had a great time! We had stayed here with our grown kids before, and loved it even more this time! Recommended highly!

This house has a full family center in the basement with games ping pong table, comfortable sofa, games and tables, a bar. The main house is totally equipped with everything you could want including a large selection of bikes and beach toys. Great location, walk to Shining Seas bike trail or a short drive to Old Silver Beach. Loved Anejo Mexican Bistro and the Lobster Trap for dinner. Thank you, Lucia

The house was even better than the pictures showed. The house was amazingly well stocked in all possible regards. My grandson loved the ping pong table. Lucia was most accommodating. We had a wonderful week.

We would rent this house again. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner answered any questions we had by text very promptly.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was very spacious, very clean and very well stocked and comfortable. The location to the beach and center were wonderful. My son biked and enjoyed the trails nearby. The grill and deck were fabulous for family dinners. Lucia the owner was always available for questions as was the local contact. I would highly recommend this house for family vacation in Falmouth.

Nice house... good size for family of 4. My teens loved the finished basement and the house feels bigger than it is. The house was clean and well kept, the Wi-Fi was reliable and fast. We all really liked that we could use the bikes in the garage! Owner was very nice / responsive. First time staying in Falmouth MA, the street was quite and peaceful and the bike path is located at the end of the street (we spent a whole day exploring Falmouth on bikes and it was the highlight of our stay). Short ride to pick up the ferry to M.V. and the Falmouth beaches. Overall the house was perfect for us and we would not hesitate to stay again! Steve and Ellen Anziano

This house feels bigger than its square footage, there is lots of room to gather in the common living room/kitchen area and nice deck , and the bedrooms are spread out and private, two bedrooms upstairs and two on the main floor. The finished basement is a bonus. Five minute ride to Old Silver Beach, and very close to the bike path. This house is nicely decorated, furnished, and equipped, very comfortable for a summer rental. Hope to stay here again!
