Our family, my husband and myself and our grown children and their significant others were very pleased with the location and proximity to old silver beach. The house was well equipped, private and if your a fan of birds you’ll be pleasantly surprised with the variety visiting the many feeders. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home.

Hard to summarize an experience that was so perfect. From the moment we opened the door we knew this would be a wonderful Stay. The home was sparkling clean. The hosts provided EVERYTHING we would need. And then there was the garden. Breathtaking. And to that add a short walk to the Ocean and you have Heaven!’

Everything about the house was as advertised. But we did not expect the beautiful backyard. And, the walk to the beach (old Silver Beach) is only about five minutes. It was about as close to perfect as you can get!

We loved everything about Jim and Bob’s house. The home was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. We loved how close their home was to the beach. Everything we needed for each day was at the house. The outdoor shower was great, and we cooked on the grill every night. Thanks for everything.

My family and I just loved this cozy and comfortable house with lots of amenities in a beautiful neighborhood within a short walking distance to the beach. Nice big kitchen, comfortable beds and recliners and wonderful back deck to relax and have breakfast on while watching the multitude of beautiful birds. An added bonus is the great outdoor shower and the beautiful landscaping. The best part was the short walk to the beach! Lots of sand and beautiful sunsets. This area of Falmouth is better, in my opinion, because the traffic volume is lower compared to other parts of town. There are markets, ice cream shops and beautiful beaches just minutes away.

This is a wonderful Cape vacation home. It is pretty and super comfortable with lots of cozy spaces to read, play games, cook, and eat! The location is fantastic - beautiful street and a very easy walk to the beach and great sunsets. Last, but not least, the deck and backyard are amazing. Beautifully landscaped with a fire pit, many varieties of birds, a hammock, and lots of places to lounge. The hosts were totally helpful and friendly. We would definitely return to this idyllic home.

This place has everything you'll need for a Cape getaway. We loved having breakfast on the back deck entertained by the birds in the garden. And Old Silver Beach is just steps away. Bring the bikes for adventures to other beaches, Falmouth Center, and not much further to Woods Hole. (If you're creative, you'll figure out the closest way to get to the bike path.)

Location, cleanliness, conveniences and a gorgeous backyard are a few of the amazing highlights of this charming Cape Cod house. Situated on a quiet dead end street a short walk or bike ride to Old Silver Beach our family enjoyed our weeks stay. Jim and Bob Motta were very accommodating and responsive. The layout of the house was perfect for our family with 4 young adult children (17-27). Lots to do in the area- day trip with our bikes to Martha’s Vineyard, Shining Seas Bike Pathway, water sport rentals from Nearby Sea Crest Resort And a backyard oasis to just enjoy and relax! The fire pit and corn hole games kept us entertained every night! Great week of precious family time!!
