UNIT #1 has a 2nd floor Queen Bedroom accommodating a maximum of 2 guests only.
UNIT ONE has approximately 550 square feet of living space on 2 floors and offers guests a warm and welcoming space with bold artwork and light colored walls. This unit includes a first floor bathroom with stall shower and second floor Queen-size bedroom.

Interaction with guests:Â We love to greet our guests upon arrival - though, sometimes due to work commitments we are not able too... and then we try and meet up with you sometime during your visit with us.
Instructions on entering the unit are sent in an email to you with directions to the cottage.
We are available anytime by email, text or phone to answer questions or make suggestions during your stay.
The perfect cottage located on a quiet street that's walking distance to everything. Anything we thought we should've brought but didn't was already there provided by the owner. Warm and inviting inside and out. Would absolutely visit again!

Fantastic
Great place and location. I would recommend the place to anyone. The extra touches are to numerous to mention but here are few: chocolate kisses, cream for coffee, bottle of champagne and cookies!! Extremely clean.

Rockport - beautiful place to stay

As two old Englanders’ visiting New England we have had a wonderful week here. We last visited 10 years ago in November, so needless to say, the weather has been a bit more accommodating! Rockport is a beautiful little town, very picturesque and quaint, as is Periwinkle Cottage. The cottage location is perfect for easy access on foot or by car. We have been on all 7 of the walks in the Rockport brochure and a day in Boston by train and an afternoon whale watching. Periwinkle Cottage has been a home from home with everything here we could want. The little extra touches have been much appreciated. The accommodations are spotless with much attention to detail which we really appreciate also. Many thanks for a wonderful week.

Clean, cozy, quaint and convenient to town
My husband and I rented the cottage for a short getaway after our wedding in Kennebunkport, Maine. After the hubbub of the wedding, it was nice to have this quaint cottage to ourselves for brief respite before returning to work and every day life. The Cottage was immaculate. There were special touches such as candy, cookies and restaurant coupons. When Rose found out we had just been married, she went out and got us a card and a bottle of champagne which was above and beyond. It was really close to the historic downtown so we could easily walk in and since parking in Rockport is a challenge having our own parking spot was a major plus. Overall it was just delightful!

Perfectly Periwinkle
It is sometimes the little things that make the most impact and that was certainly true about Periwinkle Cottage. Rosemarie and Guy have thought of every possible thing to make your stay a delight from Hershey's kisses next to the TV, fresh milk in the fridge, delicious cookies on the kitchen bench and a set of useful items just in case you forgot to bring your toothbrush. When I say every possible thing I really mean it! The facilities were very clean and the cottage is set back from the main road so you are guaranteed a restful nights sleep. Free wifi meant we could keep in contact with home or plan what we were going to do the next day. There is certainly plenty to keep yourself busy in the area or just sit on the beach and chill.

Perfection.
What a wonderful spot. The cottage is lovely. You thought of everything - coffee, tea, chocolate! Water and milk in the refrigerator and ice cubes in the freezer. I love that you use Melaleuca products and recycle. Lovely outside seating in both front and back. Beach chairs and umbrella and a grill for outside cooking. I could go on and on. The attention to small detail was remarkable.
Our first visit to the area won't be our last primarily because this cottage was/is such a warm welcoming place to relax inside and on the outside. I'm so glad we found you.

Perfect getaway stay in Rockport
Everything you need is already here except your toothbrush. Wonderful place to stay. Quick walk into town. Try it...you will love it.

Located on a dead-end street in a residential area makes this location perfect for a quiet, romantic get-away. Best suited for a couple only. Parking for 2 cars, outdoor space for relaxation. Air conditioning, laundry (for guests with 7-night stays or longer), gas grill. NO PETS. We are proud to promote a low-allergen environment for the comfort of our guests.
Unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate a 1-night stay. Please inquiry for availability.
Prices are based on Double Occupancy. Units best for 2 people only.
