My family had a great time at this beautiful home. It had everything we needed for a perfect vacation; comfortable beds & a well stocked kitchen. We had fun using the pool & ping pong tables. The view of the water from the house is simply amazing. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, & using the little beach near the house. The owner was quick to respond to texts. We hope to come back here in the future. Thank you Marshall for letting us use your beautiful home.

The house exceeded my expectations . It was spacious and the view from the living room was amazing. The only issue I had was the house number was wrong, causing a brief delay. The discription of the house, however was spot on.

House is spacious, kid friendly. We would stay again if we go back to the Berkshires.

Our family had a nice time at this house on Otis Reservoir. The view out the living room windows was wonderful. We also very much enjoyed the pool table in the basement. I give this 4 stars only because much of the house is dated. Everything works but it appears as if nothing has been upgraded for quite some time.

We had a reduced group due to Covid, but those who went enjoyed the lake house, especially the views. Very comfortable beds. Would prefer the TV in the main living area, but still a great space. Marshal was very quick to respond to our questions. Thank you.

Our family stayed there as an after Christmas getaway. Just rest and relaxation enjoying quality time during this time of COVID. My son's family with my 2 year old grandson and my daughter. Amble room for all, great view of Otis lake, short drive to Stockbridge. The only bad part of the vacation was my son dominating me in billiards, darts and ping pong. This has never happen!!!!! I must be getting old. Highly Recommend.

We rented this house for New Year weekend. It’s really nice clean big house. Perfect for family. Great Lake view.. Highly recommend.

This is a comfortable home with plenty of room for families. It has a beautiful view of the lake from a large living room. We were there in the winter and enjoyed playing games (there are many on hand) and pool in the downstairs game room. We spent a day Christmas shopping in Great Barrington, about 30 minutes away. It would be a lovely place to be in the summer, too.
