A dog friendly rental in the Berkshires. Nothing fancy but if you are looking to bring your pup and want access to Lake Otis (down the block he has a dock and a spot to park your car) then reach out to Kevin about a stay at his place.

Kevin a gracious, helpful manager. Property needs some repairs and sprucing. Kitchen cooking pots are outdated and not easy to use. Promised rowboat and canoe were not available and swimming access very limited. Berkshires are lovely, but activities and restaurants restricted by the pandemic. A relaxing time for us, and helpful host, but not a sparkling accommodation.

Property was as expected. Trails were great to hike and beautiful water a short walk away!

Wendy and Keven were extremely accommodating hosts. If you like horses, and lakes this is the place . We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Stayed at the Rocke n Horse Farm in July for a quick weekend escape. Not being too familiar with the area Wendy assured us we would enjoy ourselves. We stayed in their apartment above the bait store( you heard right) and it was the quietest weekend ever. My daughter went for a trail ride and Wendy even has boat rides around the Otis Reservoir which is a sizable lake. The apartment had one bedroom, day bed and a sofa sleeper for 3 people it was plenty big. Cable TV available but we spent so much time outdoors hardly watched any. Like a block away is the lake and you can rent a fishing pole buy some bait and fish right from the shore. Everything was perfect expect for the 3 1/2 hour ride home. Summer was great the fall foilage must be awesome so we may need to return to see that.

Wendy & Kevin were the best. They treated my family like their own, it was amazing! Private dock, horse rides, pontoon boat, fresh eggs - who could ask for more?!? Nice accommodations, cozy suite. We have already booked our next trip for October, 8 weeks later. It was THAT amazing!! Highly recommend!

Wendy is very nice! She gave us a choice of rooms( they have 4 different ones available) all with full kitchen and private space. There are horse and chickens with fresh eggs every morning. We had a fire last night and then went in the hot tub! Great experience! Highly recommend!

Wonderful host and hostess. Love the chickens and the horses. Great trail ride. Very nice light breakfast provided. Beautiful woods, lake, etc. but also close to activities and other quaint towns. Every need provided for. Looking forward to staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rocke N Horse farm in Otis MA. Wendy and Kevin were great to work with and accommodations were clean and comfortable and had everything we wanted. We would stay here again
