It is 60 feet above a sandy beach of Cape Cod Bay, providing an expansive view from Wellfleet to Plymouth and Provincetown. It is just a 10 minute ride on a 4 lane road to the center of Provincetown.
The view changes daily as the sun gives the Bay a different appearance throughout the day. The sunsets over Provincetown can be quite spectacular.
The house has been a home for 15 years and has not been decorated as a summer rental. It contains multiple collections making a stay there quite interesting in contrast to the typical spartan interiors of the typical rental houses. The first floor of the house has an open living and dining area plus a kitchen with a GE Advantium oven plus a pantry. There is an office with 3 desks. There are 4 separated bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. There are a total of 7 televisions and 2 sound systems.
The house is bright and was designed to capture the views of the water from every room. The lushly planted landscape is on a large, flat lot that provides excellent privacy on all sides of the house. There is a 100 foot long deck plus a second floor porch. The house has no air conditioning but there is usually a breeze from Cape Cod Bay but there might be a few hot days.
The house and its landscape are not suitable for young children and is not available to anyone who smokes or vapes. Fires in the fireplace or beach or land are not allowed. No pets.
