These classic Cape Cod cottages are situated on four lush acres of beautifully landscaped and secluded grounds. Large trees, Cape rose bushes and flowering plants grace the grounds. We are family-oriented and offer the relaxation and informality of "Old Cape Cod" to 21st century guests. This 2-bedroom cottage has lawn space, air-conditioning, private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The comfortable living room and dining area offer plenty of seating with two sofas, a chair, and a dining room table with seating for 6. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a cozy chair, and a TV. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests with a maximum of 4 adults. This cottage is non-smoking and does not allow pets. Our unique location in a quiet residential Hyannis neighborhood gives our guests a number of distinct advantages. Main Street is only a mile away, with its wide selection of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and night life. Smoke free property. No Pets. Check-in 4pm. $300 refundable security deposit required at check-in. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons, 4 adults and 2 children. POOL Information -RRI Does not Manage the pool, therefore we are not responsible its availability, hours, and closures. -The anticipated open date for the pool is the first weekend in July (subject to change and availability). -Hours and availability vary (typically 11am to 6pm), depending on pool occupancy, weather and staffing. Stop by the pool and see the staff to verify availability. -Pool closes for the season on Labor Day. -Please bring your own pool and beach towels, these are not provided.
