The place was clean, recent construction, kitchen was well equipped. they could improve on minor areas like they were closet doors not opening or falling on you, a few door knobs that would slip out. The main mattress in my opinion way to soft and the pull out mattress worn out( we had taught of bringing a camping mattress). Place has no A/C but was well vented. Please don't say there is a sound system, it was not much bigger then a desk radio with no usb connection.
This place is in the backyard of a house, owner could have introduce them self. was not expensive for a last minute decision visit to cape cod. 15 minutes or less from many beaches.
