There is a small private path from the back yard to the sandy association beach. The yard is very private. There are a lot of trees in the front where the children can play in the shade when they are not on the beach. Most rooms in the house have water views.   The living room is front to back with an adjoining kitchen. The door from the kitchen leads to a small patio area where the gas grill is located. Just around the corner, is another patio area with table and chairs. There are usually a couple of lounge chairs in the back yard area to relax and take advantage of the view.   It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. In 2017 the owners added split unit in-line air conditioning, one unit for the main level, the other for the upper level. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor, one has a Queen. The other has 2 twins as well as a small sitting area. This is a great room for anyone who enjoys a little space and privacy or respite from the hustle and bustle. These two bedrooms share a full bath (shower).   The master bedroom is on the upper level (King) with a huge walk-in closet that even has a small window for natural light and ventilation. There is an oversized slider with a small deck off the master bedroom. What a view to wake up to each morning! The other bedroom has two twins and these two rooms share a full bath with a shower and separate large tub.   There is a whole-house attic fan on the upper level in addition to or instead of the air conditioning.   The location is extremely convenient. You can walk or bike up to Route 6A in short order and find a book store, pizza, bakery, sushi, as well as a Cumberland Farms convenience store and several excellent restaurant options, both casual family and finer dining. Major grocery shopping is about a 10-15 minute drive into either Orleans or E. Harwich.    Another plus: On your bike, you are very close to the Cape bike trails.   Please enter in your travel dates in top right corner of this page for up-to-date pricing. This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include $115 reservation fee and an $80 non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%. Also please note that this property does not include linens, but we offer a service if you would prefer not to bring your own. This property offers a 3-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7-nights. Stay 7-nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
