We have stayed in several VRBO properties and this is home was among one of the cleanest. There is definite pride of ownership! The location was perfect for us and the deck overlooking the water was an added bonus. Communications were excellent and immediate with rental agency. The only downside was the pillows - a bit flat for all of us, but that is a preference, perhaps. Will stay here again, most definitely! Thank you:)

We had the best weather during our stay and the deck was the best part. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is situated with amazing views of the Crane River. We saw egrets, ducks, and hawks. The house was spotless when we arrived and all cabinets/drawers were labeled. The house is close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would stay here again for sure.

This rental offered by AVH lives up to its name. We have rented it once before (a few years ago) and it has been maintained so well. It’s clean, has clear instructions, plenty of room, great internet, and a perfect spot because you’re on the water but can walk to a nearby park! We will definitely s again!

Great communication and easy to rent. It was a beautiful home with lots of space for the family. It is right along the river and has a beautiful view on the back deck. Just a 30 minute drive to Boston and a 10 minute drive to Salem. It was a great location

We went to Salem and the area for a week. This house is beautiful, clean, and right on the water. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck at night and we were a few minutes from every location. I highly recommend this house.

Loved It!
One of the best houses we’ve ever rented, surely a hidden gem. House was clean, nicely decorated and you can’t beat the porch overlooking the water. Location was central to everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place
One of the cleanest rental properties I've ever stayed at. Convenient location, beautiful deck. Kayaks for use were an unexpected bonus. I would stay here again and recommend the property to others.
